The first day my manager entrusted me with a tutor, a person who was not esteemed by anyone and from whom many colleagues warned me from the first days and who unfortunately was very close to my boss. It is useless to say that what some colleagues had told me had come true: in the months I worked I simply slaved this person, doing the ugliest and least commercial part of my job, ie loading the files and creating of contracts. The most serious problem, and everyone knows, is that this person had no interest in the work he had and so many things were passed to me just like a paperweight, without even assessing if I had all the information in my hand enough; it also happened that he often gave me wrong information, leaving me to make mistakes. Even on the day of my dismissal he sent me his business, during business hours. Not to mention the fact that the person in question was untraceable in the morning (probably went to the pool) leaving me often in limbo and forcing me to do absurd hours in the evening to recover and do his job ... it is true that not always easy to understand what the commercials are doing, but a manager who has never seen an employee in the office in the morning, a question could pissela. In the almost six months I have worked, I have never been given a seller to manage a client; I simply did back office activities for my tutor (who always said he had done those jobs) and sometimes I accompanied him by clients.
